FISAN is a family business with a rich history dating back to its founding in 1920, making it a centenary company. We specialize in the artisanal production of the Iberico Bellota Ham, the star product of Spanish gastronomy. In addition to this, we also create a variety of other products using Iberico Pork, such as Embutidos (Chorizo, Lomo) and frozen cuts (Pluma, Secreto, Presa).
To cater to the diverse needs of our customers, we offer a range of formats for our products, including bone-in hams, boneless hams, embutidos, frozen Iberico pork meat, and hand-carved products.
FISAN takes pride in collaborating with renowned chefs in Spain, including the likes of Ricard Camarena (Michelin), Diego Guerrero (Michelin), Hermanos Torres (Michelin), and José Carlos Fuentes (Michelin), among others. These collaborations exemplify our commitment to elevating the traditional flavors of our Iberico Bellota pork products to create exceptional gastronomic creations that have garnered international acclaim for Spanish cuisine.
Under the leadership of the third generation of the Sánchez family, FISAN has experienced significant growth in recent years. Their dedication, effort, and renewed hope have propelled our products to achieve recognized excellence in a highly demanding market. As a result, our products are now available in more than 30 countries worldwide, expanding our commercialization beyond Spain.
