Aljomar, located in Guijuelo, Salamanca, Spain, is a renowned player in the industry and is affiliated with the Fuentes El Navazo abattoir, which is recognized as the most technologically advanced factory in the country (with factory number 10.21332 SA). This collaboration enhances Aljomar's business model, which focuses on meticulous control over every step of the production cycle, including rearing, slaughtering, butchering, and processing of high-quality pork products.
