One of the key factors contributing to our success is the rapid cooling of slat cake and black dross. We understand that processing dross involves mass, and our method of cooling is the most cost-effective, reliable, and low-maintenance solution available. Unlike traditional designs, our salt cake and dross pans are designed to be thicker, typically ranging from 38 - 40mm. This allows them to hold larger quantities of material, which can cool in a much shorter time frame, typically 18 - 24 hours.
