Introducing Aurora Rosado, a Spanish wine crafted with grapes sourced from the estate vineyards of our winery. These grapes are cultivated using the principles of integrated agriculture, ensuring the highest quality and sustainability. Our Grenache vines, averaging 20 years old, flourish on rolling hills in soil composed of stony, loamy-limestone.

The 2019 vintage of Aurora Rosado faced the challenge of a dry winter followed by a rainy spring. However, the vineyard's vegetative cycle proceeded normally. Throughout the dry summer, occasional storms provided relief. Due to meticulous yield control techniques and the impact of spring blossoming, the harvest was smaller. Despite these complications, the grape's sanitary state was well controlled, leading to optimal and homogeneous physiological and phenolic ripening.

Now, let's delve into the characteristics of this delightful wine. Aurora Rosado presents a charming and vibrant pink color accompanied by purple hues. On the nose, you'll be greeted by enticing aromas of fresh red fruit, ripe cherries, and delicate blue flowers.
