The MLD1200 V2.0-OS is an offline AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system specifically designed for the inspection of assembled printed circuit boards. Its single-sided setup allows for easy inspection from the top side, ensuring thorough examination of the PCBs. Equipped with a multi-LED illuminated image scanner and our patented parallax-free lenses, this system guarantees accurate and reliable inspections.

The MLD1200 V2.0-OS includes a modus control unit featuring our latest modus software, ensuring efficient and precise control over the inspection process. Additionally, there is an optional trolley available for added convenience and mobility.

This system excels in various inspection tasks, including SMD (Surface Mount Device) placement, THT (Through-Hole Technology) solder joints, conformal coating inspection, and full screening for solder beads (solder balls). It can easily capture any number of barcodes and data-matrix codes present on the multi PCB, facilitating effective traceability.

With a scan range of 300 x 400 mm, the MLD1200 V2.0-OS can accommodate a wide range of PCB sizes and designs, ensuring comprehensive inspections. Its advanced features and capabilities make it an invaluable tool in the electronics manufacturing industry.
