Merecs Engineering GmbH specializes in test automation, software development, and test equipment construction within various industries. Our comprehensive range of services includes defining requirements, designing and implementing solutions, providing training and commissioning services both domestically and abroad, as well as offering ongoing support and maintenance for test systems. We have expertise in developing and implementing a variety of test benches including end-of-line test benches, durability test benches, development test benches, climate and temperature test benches, leakage test benches (gas/hydrogen), test benches for tilt sensors/multi-axis movement simulation, test benches for power electronics, and E-charging points.

We work closely with our clients to integrate these test systems into their IT infrastructure, allowing for seamless connectivity with databases and ERP systems. Using Python and Microsoft PowerBI, we can generate automated analyses of test and production data upon request. We create well-structured dashboards that display key metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY), process capability, statistics, and more. These dashboards are accessible online on our company network, providing real-time access to important information.

As a National Instruments Alliance Partner, we utilize NI TestStand as a test management tool and NI LabVIEW for software development. Our certified and experienced software architects and developers have an extensive library of software modules that are not only applicable to test automation but also beyond. Additionally, we have expertise in using C/C++ in embedded systems that employ microcontrollers.

For the Recovib Suite Software by Micromega Dynamics SA, it offers various modules for the visualization and conversion of data recorded by their RECOVIB® devices. The Recovib.Tiny Module allows users to set up the Recovib.Tiny vibration recorder, define the recording period, and download the data to the host PC. The Recovib.Feel Module enables the visualization and recording of signals acquired using the Recovib.Feel USB vibration sensor. The Recovib.Monitor Module allows users to visualize and record signals acquired with Recovib.Monitor acquisition systems. The Recovib.Converter Module facilitates the export of recorded data from Recovib devices in various formats, such as txt, wav, MATLAB, LabVIEW, HDF5, and more. Lastly, the Recovib.Viewer Module allows users to replay the recorded data from Recovib devices.
