We take great care in sprouting the spelt grain for a specific number of hours in spacious tubs. This sprouted grain then undergoes a flash heat treatment process to ensure optimal quality. Afterwards, it is passed through our large-scale drier to bring the moisture content down to a stable 12%.

Our finished product can be conveniently packaged or sent directly to our stone-mill, where it is meticulously transformed into wholegrain flours.
