Introducing the SMLD 300G, The Flexible One. This micro valve is perfect for industries that require a compact solution with maximum versatility. With a minimum grid width of 6 mm, it offers space-saving benefits, while remaining highly flexible for a wide range of viscosities. It comes in various configurations and can be combined with a valve holder featuring integrated heating. The internal volume is 65 µl.

For industries that deal with corrosive or aggressive substances, the R (Resistant) type is recommended. It provides added benefits in terms of corrosion resistance and handling such medias. Despite the differences, the R type is fully compatible in size and function with all SMLD products and components.

The valve coils are removable and come in different versions. They are optimized for fast actuation times and minimal size.

When it comes to valve installation, the cylindrical fastening type is recommended. This offers the highest resolution grid width in a small size, making it suitable for our adapter nozzles. The thread fastening design allows for easy exchange of the micro valves, which is particularly useful when quick and hassle-free replacement is desired.
