Introducing the ECKOLD Kraftformer KF 800 - a versatile and powerful forming machine designed for stretching, shrinking, planishing, and doming large-scale sheet metal parts. With its impressive horizontal throat of 800 mm, this machine opens up new possibilities in the fabrication of sheet metal components.

The Kraftformer KF 800 operates using air pressure and can be activated with a foot pedal, allowing for precise control in both single and continuous stroke modes. The single stroke function, combined with the spacious throat, is particularly beneficial for correction jobs. The machine offers two stroke settings to accommodate different forming force requirements.

With a digital display showing the ram position with a precision of 0.1 mm, the Kraftformer KF 800 ensures high repeatability of the forming force, resulting in consistent and accurate results. Additionally, the machine is adjustable in height, providing flexibility for different work scenarios.

Please note that while the Kraftformer KF 800 is supplied without tools, we offer a wide range of tools specifically designed for our Kraftformers. These tools can be purchased separately to complement the machine.

The maximum forming capacities of the Kraftformer KF 800 are as follows:
- Steel with a tensile strength of 400 N/mm²: 2.0 mm
- Aluminium with a tensile strength of 250 N/mm²: 2.0 mm
- Stainless steel with a tensile strength of 600 N/mm²: 1.5 mm
