We specialize in developing schematics and providing PCB design services for various industries. Our expertise includes creating schematics based on customer requirements, as well as updating existing ones to meet different objectives such as DTC, performance increase, and new functions.

When it comes to PCB design, we work closely with our clients to ensure that the layout meets their specific needs. This includes taking into account factors such as outline, keep-out areas, and restrictions. We also offer PCB update services for existing designs.

To ensure the quality and functionality of our designs, we manage prototype builds and conduct thorough testing. This includes individual module testing, functional testing, power supply stability assessment, and temperature measurement for high power circuits.

Our areas of expertise in schematic design include low voltage power supply design (up to 40V), battery-operated devices such as chargers and protections, various communication interfaces (CAN, RS232/485, digital I/O, analog inputs, high and low side drivers), mobile and Bluetooth (BT) designs, Wi-Fi design, real-time controllers (Linux), EMC and ESD protection, sensors, and basic HMI.

In terms of PCB design, we can handle designs of up to medium complexity. We are knowledgeable in thermal management calculations (without simulations), high-speed design, EMC considerations, and have the capability to generate Gerber files and PCB technical data sheets (TDS).
