Unlike regular wire production, this thermocouple's wire isolation undergoes a unique single-work process, enabling both conductors to be seamlessly molded in Teflon simultaneously. This exceptional feature ensures that the measurement equipment remains shielded from capillary rising moisture, providing optimal performance and accuracy.

Our inline thermocouple boasts excellent gas, steam, and water tightness, making it ideal for applications within various industries. With an impressive temperature range of -75°C to +250 °C, and a short-duration tolerance of up to +300 °C, this thermocouple exceeds expectations. The wire type utilized is Teflon, featuring a solid, 0.38 mm build that can withstand temperatures up to +300 °C (Tmax).
