The MLD1200 V2.0-DS is an advanced offline dual AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system designed specifically for the inspection of assembled printed circuit boards in the electronics industry. This system enables simultaneous inspection of both sides of the PCB, utilizing two multi-LED illuminated image scanners and our patented parallax-free lenses.

Equipped with the latest modus software and modus control units, the MLD1200 V2.0-DS offers unparalleled accuracy and efficiency. It is capable of performing various inspection tasks, including SMD (Surface Mount Device) placement, THT (Through-Hole Technology) solder joints, conformal coating, and full screening for solder beads (solder balls).
