Introducing our industry-leading machine designed specifically for the cleaning and degreasing of machine parts and components. This highly efficient machine features a rotating basket, available in diameters of 800, 1000, or 1200 mm. As the basket rotates, the components are thoroughly washed with our specially formulated washing solution.

To cater to various requirements, the machine can be equipped with insulation, sensors for level and temperature controls, a mud sump, or an oil separator. The mud sump, which is securely welded to the machine's corpus, plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal cleaning performance. The washing solution flows from the tank into the mud sump, effectively capturing any gross dirt or debris. Meanwhile, the purified solution seamlessly flows back from the mud sump into the tank, ready for continuous use.

Our innovative oil separator takes cleaning efficiency to the next level by effectively separating oil from the washing solution. This happens through a unique process in which the oil forms a surface layer, conveniently collected in a special bath and discharged out of the chamber. The resulting skimmed fluid is then seamlessly returned to the tank, ensuring a consistent cleaning process.

Crafted with utmost quality and durability in mind, the machine corpus is constructed entirely out of stainless steel, specifically material No. 1.4301. This choice of material not only ensures high performance but also meets all the necessary CE-requirements, making it fully compliant with European Union standards.
