We specialize in manufacturing parts using a variety of materials, with stainless steel being our primary focus. Additionally, we are capable of producing products made of hardened material with a hardness rating of 64 Hrc. Our production process involves the utilization of three different types of turning machines.

The first type is our classic turning machines, of which we have 14 in total. These machines vary in size and complexity, and they allow us to carry out precision machining using sticks of different diameters with automatic feed. With these machines, we have the capability to produce products with diameters up to 64 mm from sticks, or up to 165 mm from pre-existing pieces. The length of the machined part can reach up to 118 mm.

One of our most advanced turning machines is equipped with two spindles and three turning units, each capable of moving in three axes. Each turning unit can accommodate up to 12 tools, resulting in a total of 36 available tools. Furthermore, all of these tools can be driven, with the ability to generate up to 40 Nm of torque. To ensure optimal performance, our tools are monitored by a sophisticated tool monitoring system. This system facilitates timely tool replacement and helps minimize any potential deviations in product quality.
