MotoVeloZavod LLC specializes in the production of high-quality welded and brazed steel frames and forks for road models. In addition to this, we also manufacture casting parts, bike strollers, and mudguards. With a strong emphasis on quality and precision, our products have gained recognition in the industry.

What sets us apart is our collaboration with the renowned Austrian company, Paul&Ernst GmbH. As an example of our successful partnership, we proudly manufacture tricycle frames for them. This demonstrates our capabilities in delivering top-notch products to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Apart from our manufacturing expertise, we also offer a comprehensive range of metalworking services. Our facilities allow for maximum machining dimensions of 3,000mm in length and 1,500mm in width. We work with a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and titanium. Additionally, our capabilities extend to a maximum length of up to 6000mm.

Our metalworking services include a wide range of processes. These include plasma cutting of metal, cutting of rolled tubular products, cutting of profiled iron, polymeric powder painting of metal, shot blasting of metal, shot peening of metal, metal welding, metal turning, and milling of both metal and plastic.
