WIB's 100 Cr6 steel rings are meticulously crafted to withstand the demands of the industrial industry. These rings are specially treated with annealing after hardening to ensure stability. This unique process allows them to effectively operate in temperatures reaching up to 150°C. With a remarkable hardness rating of 60 to 64 HRC, these rings are built to handle intense applications and withstand shock loads. Moreover, for industries operating in high-temperature environments or seeking to minimize sensitivity to sudden impacts, it is imperative to further stabilize the rings at elevated temperatures subsequent to hardening. It should be mentioned that this additional stabilization process may marginally reduce the hardness of the rings, but it significantly enhances their resilience and performance.
