The "PARK" hotel complex is located near the city of Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
The total area of the building is 1,500 square meters.
The total area of the building and land is 3426 square meters.
The land is privatized. The hotel is sold together with the land plot.
The hotel has three stars (***), which is confirmed by the relevant international certificate.The hotel complex is surrounded by a coniferous forest (Bachynovo Park), near a picturesque lake.
The main premises are located on four floors:
- on the ground floor there is a lobby bar (100 square meters), a reception desk, five office spaces, a
conference hall for 50-60 people;
- on the first floor 14 standard rooms, one deluxe room, one family room;
- on the second floor 13 standard rooms, one deluxe room, one family room;
- on the third flour 10 standard rooms, one deluxe room;
- on the fourth floor there is a recreation area - a large terrace with a lobby bar.
The hotel has a total of 32 rooms.

The restaurant has a total area of 345 square m. accommodates 200 guests, is equipped with modern
equipment, grill and barbecue, it is possible to host live music. The hotel suite has its own parking area.
The hotel complex has two solid fuel boilers (pellets) of 180 kW and 130 kW. The hotel building is
equipped with an elevator for 8 people.
The real estate object belongs to investment projects. The investor and his family can obtain Bulgarian
citizenship if they wish.
The hotel complex is fully staffed.
