Europem offers a comprehensive range of high pressure flares designed specifically for industries such as the upstream oil & gas sector, chemical and petrochemical industries including refineries, pipeline transport, LNG and NG terminals, and compressor stations. Our high pressure flares, including HP pipe flares, sonic flares, and HP assisted flares, utilize the waste gas pressure to create turbulence and achieve smokeless combustion.

One of the key features of our high pressure flares is the proprietary design of the HP sonic gas nozzle. This design maximizes the entrainment of ambient air into the combustion zone, ensuring efficient and effective combustion. To prevent flame pull down, we have also incorporated a wind shield around the HP gas nozzles.

To enhance the longevity of our flares, we utilize high-grade alloys in the construction of the flare tips. This ensures durability and reliability even in demanding environments.

Our high pressure flares offer several advantages. They are capable of operating smokelessly at low heat radiation levels, making them ideal for environments where minimizing radiation is important. For added versatility, our HP sonic flares can be integrated with a low-pressure flare to enable both HP and LP gas flaring using a single flare tip. This integration allows for efficient combustion of waste gas that may contain entrained liquids.
