With a focus on meeting customer requirements, we have successfully developed original coatings using α-β Ta, Ti, ZrTa, TiCu, and Nb modifications, which set them apart from traditional Arc-PVD coatings.
Our unique technology involves obtaining novel coating materials from a non-separated plasma-clustered flow, resulting in coatings with a thickness ranging from 20 to 150 microns and a high deposition rate of 1 micron per minute. These coatings exhibit a homogeneous structure predominantly in the amorphous phase, although fine-grained and micro-crystalline structures can also be achieved based on deposition parameters.
The flexibility of our technology allows us to obtain various structures and compositions of the materials, including continuous, gradient, and multi-layered coatings. We have successfully achieved the production of superconducting Nb coatings, as evidenced by the measurement of Tc (the critical temperature transition to a superconducting state). Our method of coating is particularly suitable for producing thick Nb coatings, and α-βTa can also be obtained as a thin sheet detached from the substrate.
In addition, our coatings can be applied to various materials such as ceramics, stainless steel, and Cu, and can be produced as separate films.
