DEAS SA is a family owned company that was established in 1989. However, its roots in the olives industry date back to the mid-60s when the family started selling their olives in a moderate manner. Over the years, through continuous development and expansion, DEAS SA has transformed into a leading player in the industry, exclusively focusing on exporting its products. Currently, the company exports to over 50 countries worldwide.
The company boasts a diverse range of olive products, including green, black, Kalamata, and confites (oxidized) olives. These olives can be purchased in various forms such as whole, pitted, dated, stuffed, marinated, and sliced. When it comes to stuffing, DEAS SA offers a variety of options ranging from almond, garlic, pimiento, and red natural sweet pepper to red natural hot pepper, caper, onion, jalapeno red and green, sun-dried tomato, cucumber, and even a combination of different stuffings (double stuffed).
In terms of production scale, DEAS SA processes over 14,000 tons of olives annually, resulting in a turnover that has surpassed 30 million Euros. The company is based in Kalives, Chalkidiki, conveniently located 50 km away from Thessaloniki Airport.
To ensure the quality and safety of their products, DEAS SA adheres to stringent quality control standards. The company has implemented the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Control System and complies with the food safety system ISO 22000 (HACCP). Additionally, DEAS SA meets the requirements of the BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Safety) systems, as well as being Kosher certified.
