ZS-Handling GmbH is an independent company specializing in industrial handling technology. With our expertise in ultrasonic air bearing technology, we develop and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and installations. Our product range includes gripping, conveying, loading and unloading, inspecting, sorting, and isolating workpieces for various industries.

Our applications span across a wide range of sectors such as battery fuel cells, films, glass, lenses, medical technology, packaging, wafers, and chips. We are proud to serve a global customer base, with our products being sold and utilized worldwide.

Established in 2006 in Regensburg, Bavaria, ZS-Handling GmbH was founded by Dr.-Ing. Michael Schilp and Dr.-Ing. Josef Zimmermann. Our patented ultrasonic bearing technology has been the cornerstone of our success. In 2008, we achieved ISO 9001-2008 certification, a testament to our commitment to international quality management standards.

Over the years, we have expanded our reach into new markets. In 2011, we successfully launched our products in China and Taiwan, and in 2013, we entered the Korean market. In 2014, we achieved a significant milestone by commencing the production of our first series systems.

In 2019, we made an exciting entry into the field of medical technology, specifically by introducing ultrasonic grippers designed for intraocular lenses. This development showcases our dedication to innovation and addressing the evolving needs of various industries.
