Introducing our Laser Scanner Solution, an innovative application of the high-resolution QuellTech 2D/3D Q5-880 Blue Laser Scanners. Designed for the casting industry, this solution includes two scanners strategically placed on either side of the measuring objects, at a specific inclination angle. The use of blue laser light is crucial in this scenario, as the cast parts being inspected are red-hot and emit in the red spectral range.To further cater to the client's specific needs, we have also developed a comprehensive software solution. This application performs inline 3D point cloud processing, allowing for precise evaluation of width, height, and angle results. With this advanced technology in place, our QuellTech customer can now continuously inspect the quality of their products, while effectively avoiding any wastage.
