The RT-PK monoblocks are specially designed for packaging liquid and dense products in the food industry. They are ideal for packaging a variety of items such as yogurt, probiotics, milk, liquid cream, sauces, syrups, and spreadable creams into bottles and jars with pre-threaded or snap-on plastic caps.

These machines come with various features:

1. Filling Station: This station can be configured with either a single or multi-head setup. The filling process uses a volumetric system with rotary pumps made from AISI 316 stainless steel. The filling operation is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and inverter.

2. Optional Bottom Filling Valves: Depending on the requirements, bottom filling valves can be added to the monoblocks.

3. Cap Placement: The caps are picked up from the release head using a pneumatic arm and then placed directly onto the bottle. They are either screwed or pressed into place.

4. Heat Sealing Head: Instead of or in addition to the capping station, the machines can be equipped with a heat-sealing head. This feature includes one or two heat-sealing punches, which are used to seal the caps with a film sourced from a reel.

The hourly production capacity of these machines varies depending on the specific version and the product being packaged, ranging from 900 to 2,000 bottles per hour.
