The automatic single-head cappers are specifically designed for the beverage industry, allowing for the efficient application of aluminum caps or screw-on and snap-on plastic caps to glass or PET bottles. These cappers are equipped with closure heads made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. Additionally, the machine components are also predominantly made of stainless steel.

To accommodate various needs within the industry, the capping system offers versatility with options such as cork, crown, and twist-off. The speed variation of the capping process is electronically controlled through an inverter, providing precise and adjustable performance.

Furthermore, the single-head cappers can be customized to include dual turrets on the same machine, enabling the combination of different closures. For example, it is possible to configure the machine to handle combinations like screw cap + cork, cork + crown, or screw cap + T-cork.

These cappers are ideal for productions of up to approximately 2,500 bottles per hour. To enhance efficiency, they can be seamlessly integrated with automatic cap feeding systems, available in both mechanical and pneumatic types.
