The MULTI 3000 now offers the option to mount the Uni-erector, making it suitable for use as a bar feeder for special profiles. This enhancement allows for the transportation of rectangular profiles and special profiles to connected machine tools, facilitating a seamless reloading process. Users can easily switch between round material and special profiles by adjusting a parameter to activate or deactivate the erector. When the erector is deactivated, the bar loader can load round or hexagonal material as usual. With the parameter activated, the bar feeder will load the special or rectangular profile while the reloader erects it. Additionally, square material can also be used if desired. The erector is made up of two rollers that move together during reloading to erect the material. Once the bar is threaded into the machine tool, the rollers open again. The distance between the rollers can be easily adjusted for optimal performance.
