Introducing the Cradle 3003 Sheet Steel Cradle, a versatile product designed for the industrial sector. This cradle is constructed with high-quality sheet steel, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding work environments.

The open design of the cradle makes it suitable for use with 330ml/345ml 10:1/7:1 side-by-side cartridges, as well as 310ml 1K cartridges. It comes in a sleek black and turquoise color, with the option for customization upon request.

The Cradle 3003 is driven by an efficient extrusion system, with an extrusion rate of E=2.1mm/pump. It has an extrusion force of approximately 1900N, achieved with a manual force of 10kg. This makes it ideal for various applications, such as 2K adhesive, assembly, and composite mortar.

This product boasts several key benefits, including its patented parallel lever and symmetry drive system. This unique design features two high-strength steel drive plates that move in perfect symmetry, ensuring an optimal extrusion rate. Two ball bearings further enhance the transfer of power to the drive plates, offering a smooth and consistent performance. The drive rods are wear-free and hardened, guaranteeing long-lasting reliability.

Another innovative feature of the Cradle 3003 is its patented inline movement of the piston rods. This design allows for precise control and accuracy during application. The cradle also comes equipped with a professional steel cartridge cradle, providing stability and support.

For added convenience, there are four mechanical step-up ratios available, allowing users to adjust the extrusion force to suit their specific needs. Additionally, custom colors can be requested to match individual preferences or corporate branding.

To ensure the safe transportation and storage of the Cradle 3003, each unit is individually packed in an outer box measuring 435mm x 180mm x 105mm.
