Introducing the Cradle 1010 Sheet Steel Cradle, specifically designed for the foam industry. This open cradle is suitable for 200 to 220ml 1:1 side-by-side cartridges. It is available in a sleek black or turquoise color, with other color options available upon request.

Driven by an extrusion rate of V= 4mm/pump and an extrusion force of approximately 1000N (at a manual force of 10kg), this cradle ensures efficient and precise dispensing.

An application example includes foam cartridges, particularly frame foam applications. Should you need alternative drives, we offer customization options to cater to your specific needs.

The Cradle 1010 boasts several benefits. One is the inclusion of a patented parallel lever, which allows for optimal performance. Additionally, a symmetry drive mechanism, also patented, employs two high-strength steel drive plates that move in perfect symmetry to ensure an optimal extrusion rate. Furthermore, the inclusion of two ball bearings guarantees the optimal transfer of power to the drive plates, enhancing overall performance.

For packaging convenience, each cradle is individually packed in an outer box measuring 370mm x 180mm x 75mm.
