Our company is a leader in temperature measurement technology, with a focus on patents and groundbreaking advancements. We have developed three key principles that have revolutionized the industry.
The first principle is based on the thermoelectric effect, which has redefined how thermoelectric voltage is generated. It has been discovered that the highest voltage occurs when there are the highest temperature gradients. This principle has greatly improved the accuracy and reliability of temperature measurement.
The second principle addresses the issue of drift in thermocouples. Previously, drift was a significant problem in heat-treatment processes. Our team, led by Dr. Körtvélyessy, tackled this issue by changing the diameter of the two thermocouples. While some aging may still occur, both wires now age at the same pace, ensuring that the correct thermoelectric voltage is consistently produced.
The third principle involves the introduction of thin and separate ceramic protective tubes. This is a departure from the commonly used thick ceramic protective tubes. Additionally, we have introduced an empty tube, which is fitted with a test thermocouple for checking purposes. These innovations have further enhanced the performance and durability of our temperature measurement technology.
