RSconnect is a specialized software and solutions company that focuses on Cisco Unified Collaboration Service technology in the VoIP and Unified Communications industry. As a certified Cisco Select Partner, we develop unified communications solutions using the Cisco UC portfolio to enhance user experience, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency.

Our range of products includes standard applications that can be easily integrated into existing Cisco Unified Communications deployments, whether on-premise or hosted. Additionally, we offer bespoke solutions and add-ons tailored to our customers' specific requirements, often leveraging our library of existing application components.

With our core expertise in VoIP, Unified Communications, CUCM, and network security, we serve a diverse clientele ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations and government entities. Our solutions have been successfully deployed across five continents.

One of our flagship applications, the Active Login Manager (ALM), was launched in 2006. ALM acts as a Single Sign-On solution for Cisco desktop telephones, enabling users to log in without having to manually enter their Extension Mobility username and PIN on the phone keypad. Furthermore, when users start their laptops or other devices, the associated desktop telephone automatically loads their personalized settings.

Over the years, we have expanded our application portfolio to include the Call Forwarding Assistant, Inventory Manager, Application Manager, and Analytics & Reporting Manager, providing our customers with even greater functionality and control over their unified communications systems.
