ChèvrArdennes traces its origins back to the 1970s, when a pioneering factory was established in Bastogne, nestled in the scenic Belgian Ardennes region, solely dedicated to crafting exquisite goat's cheese. Acquired later by Vache Bleue, the venture was blessed with the invaluable expertise and experience of the Loicq family. Relocated to Nivelles in 2005, ChèvrArdennes upholds a steadfast commitment to unwavering quality. The journey of milk from its source in Vielsam, located in the Ardennes, to the pasteurization process underscores our dedication to excellence. Embracing the principle of locality, our decision to produce within the verdant Ardennes not only ensures the well-being of our select milk goats but also plays a crucial role in delivering the exceptional flavor that defines our cheeses. With certified excellence accorded by the European BRC, ChèvrArdennes continues to expand its horizons into new, thriving markets beyond the borders of Belgium.
