Designed for the casting industry, this solution includes two scanners strategically placed on either side of the measuring objects, at a specific inclination angle. The use of blue laser light is crucial in this scenario, as the cast parts being inspected are red-hot and emit in the red spectral range.To further cater to the client's specific needs, we have also developed a comprehensive software solution. This application performs inline 3D point cloud processing, allowing for precise evaluation of width, height, and angle results.
