The COMPENSER® of the DC-series is a highly effective hydraulic shock reducing element that is specifically designed for the storage technology industry, particularly for storage and retrieval machines. This industrial shock absorber is a double acting buffer that can be conveniently used in compact spaces due to its innovative design. It can be actuated from both sides, offering flexibility in application.With a structural design and functionality that aligns with the C-Type, the COMPENSER® provides reliable shock absorption capabilities. Its low reset force allows for easy operation at creep speed, ensuring optimal performance.For enhanced functionality, the COMPENSER® can be equipped with optional PU caps as inserts for the impact cap, which effectively reduce impact noise. Additionally, the piston rods position can be monitored using magnetic or inductive sensors, providing valuable feedback for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes.If a slight increase in reset force of the piston rod is desired throughout the stroke, an external accumulator can be added to the cylinder.
