The LIST Single Shaft KneaderReactors are highly versatile and widely used in various industrial processes. They are specially designed for applications such as crystallization, drying, dissolving, main evaporation, devolatilization, torrefaction, and more.

This innovative product features a single mixing shaft with kneading elements that intermesh with counter-hooks attached to the process housing. This unique design allows for a self-cleaning effect, ensuring efficient operation. The rotation speed and geometry of the mixing shaft and kneading elements are customized to optimize process efficiency. With a large operating volume of up to 20 m3, it can handle even the largest production capacities.

The LIST Single Shaft KneaderReactors have specific design specifications. The volume ranges from 7 to 20,000 liters, and it can operate under pressures ranging from 0.001 to 100 bar (a). The operating temperature ranges from -100 to +400 °C. It can be used in both batch and continuous operation modes. The installed power can go up to 2.5 MW, and the torque is up to 500 kNm. The drive options include hydraulic drive units or electric motors with or without a frequency converter. The shaft seal can be a stuffing box or other options.
