With a focus on the cheese industry, this product range is suitable for all types of pressed cheeses, such as Reblochon, Tomme, Tilsiter, Rossiski, and St Nectaire. The dimensions of these moulds can accommodate cheeses up to 250 mm in size, while the weight range varies from 200g to 5 kg.
