The cap pick device in this machine can be operated by a servo motor or a cam splitter, ensuring synchronized working with the filling and capping processes. Made with high-quality 304SS material, the machine features a dust cover and a safety door for added protection. Depending on the requirements, the machine can be equipped with either one or two capping heads, with a maximum speed of 80 bu002Fm.

To accommodate different types of caps, the cap sorting device varies. Options include a vibrator, centrifugal disc, and elevator sorting feeder. Additionally, the bottle capper is equipped with a cap storage hopper elevator, allowing for long-term storage of caps. The standard capacity of the cap storage hopper is approximately 0.5 cubic meters.
