For those seeking a more cost-effective option with less automation, we have developed a simpler technology. This alternative entails using only one hydraulic shear and fixed clamps. The positioning of strip ends in this system is done manually, with the assistance of an easily accessible hand lever for activating pneumatic clamps. Additionally, a double edge guide equipped with vertical rollers aids in centering the new strip and can be adjusted for alignment.
