KRAFTONWEG OY is a company focused on the research, development, and production of functional metal coatings. Our expertise lies in the creation of novel coating materials and innovative deposition methods. Unlike traditional Arc-PVD coatings, our original coatings, which include α-β Ta, Ti, ZrTa, TiCu, Nb, and other modifications, offer unique features.

Our coatings are obtained from non-separated plasma-clustered flow and exhibit the following characteristics:

- Thickness ranging from 20-150 microns with a high deposition rate of 1 micron per minute.
- Homogeneous structure primarily in the amorphous phase, but can also be fine-grained or micro-crystalline depending on deposition parameters.
- The technology allows for obtaining different structures and compositions of continuous, gradient, and multi-layered coatings.
- Our method has proven successful in producing superconducting Nb coatings, as demonstrated by the measurement of Tc (Critical temperature transition to the superconducting state).

These coatings can be applied to ceramics, stainless steel, Cu, and as separate films. Additionally, they have shown potential for use in various industries, including vacuum equipment repair and servicing.
