Introducing our interlock profile, designed specifically for the construction industry. With a 20mm interlock profile, this product offers maximum surface glazing area, allowing for efficient natural light transmission.

One of the key features of our interlock profile is the possibility of embedding the bottom, top, and lateral frames within the wall, ensuring a seamless and integrated appearance. Additionally, this product also offers a pocket system, allowing for easy storage and accessibility.

Another notable feature is the ability to have sash encounters at a 90° corner without the need for a mullion, enabling a sleek and contemporary design. The interlock profile can accommodate glazing thicknesses of up to 30mm, providing enhanced thermal and sound insulation properties.

In terms of opening options, this product allows for up to 6 sashes and up to 3 rails, giving you the flexibility to customize your space. It also offers a variety of configurations such as 1 sash + 1 fixed or 2 sashes + 1 fixed, as well as pocket solutions for 1, 2, 3, and 4 sashes.

The interlock profile is designed with precision and durability in mind, with frame sections ranging from 116mm to 182mm for 3 rails, and a sash width of 37mm. The profile thickness for the door is 1.7mm, ensuring robustness and longevity.

For added thermal insulation, the interlock profile comes with polyamide strips with lengths ranging from 16mm to 24mm. These strips provide optimal thermal break performance.

When it comes to dimensions, the maximum dimensions for each sash are 2,500mm in width (L) and 3,000mm in height (H). The maximum weight capacity per sash is 320kg. For other opening types, please consult with us regarding maximum weight and dimensions.

To cater to different aesthetic preferences, our interlock profile offers various finishes. You have the option of dual-color systems, allowing you to choose different colors for the interior and exterior.
