Our innovative production process, developed and patented in-house, allows us to manufacture capillaries with two parallel surfaces and extremely thin walls. With this process, we can produce capillaries of various widths and heights, with wall thicknesses of less than 150 μm.

These capillaries are ideal for high-precision measurements, as their minimal wall thickness and parallel sides minimize signal disturbance and absorption. They are particularly well-suited for use as measuring cuvettes and flow cells.

We offer capillaries made from different materials, including soda-lime glass (AR, I860, PH360, etc.), borosilicate glass (DURAN©, PYREX©, SIMAX©, etc.), aluminium silicate glass (Schott 8252/8253), and lead glass (with a lead content of up to 28%).

Our systematic research into new processing methods continually improves our production processes and enables us to manufacture new and advanced products.
