ThermSys specializes in the production of mineral insulated thermocouples for various industries. Our thermocouples are available in types J, K, N, D, E, S, R, B, and C, with a diameter range of 0.25 mm to 3 mm. The standard sheath material we use is 2.4816 (Inconel600) and AISI 321, but we also offer other sheath materials upon customer request, such as Hastelloy, Haynes alloys, and platinum/rhodium.

In addition to our standard thermocouples, we also provide custom design options. We can accommodate almost any requirement, including special sheath materials, varying lengths, different plug connections, and compensating cable lengths. Furthermore, we offer customized thermocouple applications for various purposes. This includes level sensors, drag elements, and vacuum-compatible thermal signal feedthroughs. We can also provide thermocouples that are lasered or hard soldered in flanges, such as KF or CF flanges, tailored to meet your specific needs.
