The ERO Joint® is a mechanical fastening system designed specifically for conveyor belts in various industries. It is compatible with conveyor belts that have a thickness over 1mm. The assembly process involves threading three transversal pins, which can be made of stainless steel or polyacetal, to secure the ERO Joint® splice onto the conveyor belt. One notable advantage of this system is that it seamlessly integrates into the conveyor belt without causing any structural, width, or color changes.

For added strength and durability, customers have the option to embed a tensile Kevlar cord into a Polyurethane material upon request. This customization ensures that the conveyor belts can withstand heavy loads and demanding environments.
