Our turned parts are designed to meet the needs of industries that require economic adjustments to small batch sizes. Specifically, they are ideal for direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. These turned parts offer various thread forms such as thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN +************), and KTG for direct screw-in plastics, all of which can be achieved cost-effectively.

One of the major advantages of our turned parts is the elimination of high tooling costs. Unlike traditional methods that require counter-threads in the workpiece (such as threaded inserts or nuts), our direct assembly allows for the parts to be screwed directly into the workpiece. This means that only a given tube is required in order to complete the assembly process.

Furthermore, our turned parts are a replacement for previously used cold-formed parts, commonly produced using multi-station presses. These cold-formed parts often require high output volumes in order to achieve reasonable prices. With our turned parts, however, the need for high output volumes is minimized, allowing for more cost-effective production processes.
