Locked flange adapter for PE pipes and hoses is a product designed specifically for the mounting and servicing of hydraulic systems. It is made of high-quality ductile cast iron EN-GJS 400, ensuring its durability and reliability.

To provide additional protection against corrosion, this adapter is coated with a blue epoxy anti-corrosion coating. With a pressure rating of 10 or 16 bar, it can withstand the demands of hydraulic systems efficiently.

This adapter is suitable for use with PE pipes and is compatible with ISO PN10 and PN16 drilled flanges up to DN150. For DN200 and above, the drilling specification can be selected between ISO PN10 or PN16.

Moreover, this product complies with the standards set by EN 545, ensuring its conformance to industry regulations and requirements. Additionally, it is a certified product by A.C.S., further guaranteeing its quality and suitability for use in hydraulic systems.
