Our company offers a range of chickpeas that are obtained through the roasting process. These chickpeas come in various variations such as white, yellow, and gum chickpeas. To ensure the highest quality, our chickpeas undergo thorough sieving and cleaning processes before being roasted in specialized ovens at the optimal temperature. While Çorum was the first region to register this production method, there are now production places outside Çorum as well. The quality and roasting methods of the chickpeas determine the different varieties available. In addition to the traditional roasted chickpeas, we also offer variations like chickpeas with sugar or chickpeas with cloves.
