We offer two options for gear rack manufacturing: ground SPN gear racks and milled SPN gear racks. Our ground gear racks are manufactured using a precise grinding process, while our milled gear racks are produced through milling.

Regardless of the manufacturing process, our gear racks can be designed with straight or angled teeth, allowing for flexibility in your applications. The module range for our gear racks is 0.5mm to 10mm, providing compatibility with a wide range of gear systems.

We also offer versatility in the gear rack body shape, with options for square and round bodies. For square bodies, we have a range of square materials available, from 10x10mm up to 100x100mm. This ensures that we can cater to various installation requirements.

When it comes to length, our gear racks can be produced up to 4000mm, accommodating different size specifications. This allows for seamless integration into your drive systems.

In addition to the standard features, there are a few key points to note. Our gear racks can be supplied with or without a drilling pattern, giving you flexibility in mounting options. They are available in three quality classes, allowing you to choose the level of precision and performance needed for your application.

The gear racks are made from C45 material, known for its durability and strength. They undergo a soft and inductive hardening process, which further enhances their wear resistance and overall lifespan.
