TURBOFILL is a state-of-the-art product designed specifically for the 1-hole gas fill technology used in the industry. This technology, known as dilution filling, requires a specialized triplex probe that combines argon fill, air suction, and pressure sensing capabilities. The probe ensures maximum turbulence to replace air with argon, while simultaneously removing air to maintain a low internal pressure in order to prevent the IG unit from bending.

The TURBOFILL machine is equipped with four stations, allowing it to efficiently produce up to 2000 IG units per day.
