For compounding and reactive processes, we also offer the Twin Screw Extruder TEX-αⅢ series by JAPAN STEEL WORKS EUROPE GmbH. This series is known for having the world's highest torque (Td = 18.2 Nm/cm3) and a deeper Do/Di ratio (1.57). The high torque of the TEX-αⅢ allows for lower screw speed, resulting in lower energy consumption and discharge temperature. The TEX-αⅢ series offers a range of sizes from TEX25αⅢ (screw diameter: 26.5 mm) to TEX120αⅢ (screw diameter: 129.5 mm).

In addition, JSW provides devolatilization extruders with multi vacuum vent ports for the isolation process after polymerization. These extruders are designed to remove residual solvent and monomer from the material polymers. We also offer mechanical dewatering twin screw extruders for plastics, rubber, and elastomers.
