Product Description:

Our product is a high-quality valve designed specifically for industries that require efficient and reliable fluid control. With various size options ranging from DN100 to DN400, this valve can accommodate different pipeline systems.

The valve is constructed using two half-bodies made of robust cast aluminum, each featuring a double flange design. These flanges, both upper and lower, are identical and ensure easy and secure installation. Additionally, the valve offers the flexibility of installing a fitting for a flexible connection, known as the SFU fitting.

To withstand varying pressure conditions, this valve is equipped with a pressure/vacuum seal capable of sealing up to 0.2 bar. The valve's disc is made of either lightweight and durable aluminum or stainless steel AISI 304 (optionally available in AISI 316 upon request).

For optimal sealing performance, three gasket options are offered. These include the NBR gasket, suitable for general applications, the HNBR Therban gasket, and the Viton gasket (for applications requiring contact with food). The gasket profile can be selected to provide sealing only on the disc or to cover the flanges, ensuring a leak-free operation.

The valve is available with two drive shaft options: the DN5482 splined drive shaft or the ISO 5211 square shaft. Both options are available in standard or extended length to accommodate various installation requirements.

For industries requiring ATEX certified equipment, we offer an ATEX certified version of this valve upon request. This ensures compliance with safety standards for use in potentially explosive environments.

To cater to different operational needs, our valve can be operated manually, motorized, or using pneumatic actuators. This versatility allows for easy integration into existing systems and provides flexibility for different control scenarios.
