Introducing our new state-of-the-art fully automated machine designed specifically for the bag and disposable plastic glove industry. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foil, this cutting-edge machine is equipped with advanced features to ensure efficient and precise production.

With the machine ready for operation and extensive testing already completed, you can have complete peace of mind knowing that it is in optimal working condition. The double unwinding station is fitted with clutches to easily adjust the tension of the HDPE tape, while double inverters provide smooth control over the unwinding process.

Our machine utilizes a central drive system that effectively controls all mechanisms involved in the production process. Furthermore, the material feeding is meticulously regulated by a stepper motor (servo drive), allowing for accurate feeding of the HDPE or LDPE tape to the welding position and the final product sorting point.

Flexibility is a key feature of our machine as it allows for effortless change of welding dies. This means you can easily switch between different sizes of gloves or even change the production to accommodate bags, such as those used for breakfast.

With a capacity of approximately 160 pieces per minute, our machine ensures high productivity to meet your demands. Additionally, it has a power consumption of 10 Kw and requires compressed air at a pressure of 8 BAR. Despite its powerful capabilities, the machine boasts a weight of only 1300 kg, making it manageable and easy to transport.
