The Falchini Brut is an exquisite Classic Method Millesimato Spumante that showcases the unparalleled quality of Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chardonnay grapes. Handpicked from our own vineyards in Casale, along with a touch of other premium white grapes, this sparkling wine truly captures the essence of our industry.

Once the initial fermentation is carefully carried out in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, the wine is then matured for a brief period in French oak barrels within our renowned cellars at Casale di Falchini. This unique aging process enhances the complexity and adds a subtle oak influence to the final product.

After this meticulous aging stage, the wine is carefully blended and bottled for the second natural fermentation. This traditional method, known as the Classic Method, requires several months, with a minimum of 24 months, for the refinement and development of the genuine Spumante that the French proudly refer to as Champagne.
